At Supportify we offer a range of services for clients, these services include Community access such as being taken to the park for recreational activities, Community services which includes education, health and more government services, Home care which includes workers helping out at clients homes by achieving daily tasks, Supported independent living which helps individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible in a shared living environment, Short term accommodation includes clients having funding for temporary accommodation or support allowing clients to live outside there usual homes (This service can last up to 14 days), and our Transportation services which includes transporting clients to different places for education, recreational activities and more governmental services.
